Refund Policy

The short version

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every first-time paid subscription. If MysticDeck AI is not for you, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions, no friction.

1. Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • Your first paid subscription (Pro or Master)
  • Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the first charge
  • Accounts that have not previously been refunded

Renewal charges (month 2 and beyond) are not covered by the money-back guarantee, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • The email address on your account
  • The plan you want refunded (Pro or Master)
  • Optional: a one-line reason (helps us improve, but never required)

We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.

3. How the refund is processed

Refunds are issued by Paddle (our merchant of record) back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

The refund is for the full subscription price; we do not charge a processing fee on refunds.

4. Cancellation vs. refund

These are different things, and you may want either or both:

  • Cancel — stops future billing. You keep paid access until the end of the current period. No money back for the current period.
  • Refund — money back on a recent charge under the 30-day guarantee above.

You can cancel yourself at any time from your account settings. To request a refund, email us.

5. Chargebacks

We would always prefer to issue a refund directly than have you file a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks cost us $15+ in fees and may result in your account being terminated. If you have an issue, please email us first — we will make it right.

6. EU / UK consumer rights

Under EU and UK consumer law, you may have a 14-day “right of withdrawal” from digital subscription purchases. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than this statutory right and covers the same situation (and more).
