Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
1. Who we are
MysticDeck AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a subscription-based web application operated as an independent sole proprietorship. By using mysticdeck.org (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
MysticDeck AI provides AI-generated written reflections (“readings”) based on classical tarot symbolism. The Service is a tool for self-reflection and personal journaling.
The Service is not fortune-telling, psychic advice, financial advice, medical advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional consultation. We do not predict outcomes, contact the deceased, or claim knowledge of future events. Interpretations are metaphorical and educational in nature.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Master) are billed monthly in advance through our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change with 30 days’ notice for the next billing period.
Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the seller of record. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute readings commercially
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI model, the prompt chains, or scrape the Service at scale
- Use any reading as the sole basis for financial, medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions
6. Intellectual property
The Service — including the AI model, prompt design, card artwork, copy, and visual design — is owned by us. You retain ownership of the personal questions you type and the resulting readings, for personal non-commercial use.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that readings will be accurate, useful, or free of error. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
